Synergy
Represents the relationship between our subsidiaries and how they work together to address additional client needs, and maximize business results. Our strategy is to continue deepening the synergy through group portfolio awareness across our subsidiaries, so that our customers in every market are exposed to the entire offering of our group.
M&A
Represents growth of our business by capturing additional parts of the flow value chain, and entering new markets, through mergers & acquisitions of companies or organically by establishing local (manufacturing, sales, marketing) in new territories.
