At Huliot Group, we are committed to innovation in all aspects of our business. We manage a wide range of manufacturing technologies under the same roof, invest heavily in R&D, and develop novel new product lines using unique manufacturing techniques and new sustainable materials; we scout for new technologies and work with startups and academic institutions; and we integrate and implement technology wherever possible, on the production floor and internally, in the daily management of our group.
Technologies
Seamlessly managing a diverse array of manufacturing technologies including extrusion for single, multi-layer, and corrugated pipes ranging from 8 to 800mm, rotation and injection molding – all within the same facility, is unique to Huliot Group and gives us an upper hand in bringing innovation to our field. Over the years, we have developed a number of techniques and patented/patent pending technologies which have earned us a worldwide reputation for quality, durability and reliability.
Research & Development
Our R&D division which sits in our group headquarters in Israel has two instrumental roles. The first is to develop Huliot Group’s future product portfolio, with innovative products that address construction, social and environmental trends and anticipated market needs. The second is to continually improve our existing product portfolio, based on the needs and feedback from our worldwide customers, new available technologies, greener materials and breakthrough manufacturing techniques. Our ability to give a quick and flexible response to changes in our eco-system and remain at the forefront of innovation is another reason why customers around the globe chose Huliot Group as their preferred partner.
Laboratories
Research & Development at Huliot Group is supported by our state-of-the-art in-house laboratories, where we develop and test new products and manufacturing techniques. Each new product undergoes a rigorous process which encompasses hydraulic testing, stringent quality assurance and durability checks, all aimed at guaranteeing the enduring excellence of our solutions. New material blends specified by our team receive a stamp of approval from specialized external labs, which test their resistance, sustainability and performance under various conditions. This validation process ensures that the innovative products crafted by our team not only meet but exceed industry standards for durability, sustainability, and overall performance.
International standards
Huliot companies hold the ISO45001:2018, ISO14001:2015 and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Our products are certified by the stringent global standards including: the Standards Institute of Israel (SII), Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBT) and the SKZ laboratories in Germany, the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR), the Danish Technological Institute (DTI), and in other institutes worldwide, in markets where products are sold.
